Information sessions for new Workday Procurement features

Workday will be upgraded on September 19, 2026, with enhancements to the requisitioning and receiving processes.

Join a Workday Procurement information session to learn about the new Requisition Dashboard and Manage My Receipts features and prepare for the upcoming changes.

Manage My Receipts

A new Manage My Receipts report will provide greater visibility and control over your receipts. Through this report, users can:

  • View a list of receipts and identify any actions that require attention.
  • Edit or cancel receipts directly from the report.
  • Create receipt adjustments by hovering over the receipt number and selecting Actions.
  • Filter by Draft status to quickly locate receipts that have not yet been submitted.
  • Edit or cancel draft receipts using the Actions menu.

This enhancement streamlines receipt management and makes it easier to monitor and update receiving activities.

New Requisition Dashboard

The requisition experience is being enhanced with a new Requisition Dashboard that simplifies the creation, management, and tracking of requisitions.

Key features include:

  • A centralized dashboard for placing and monitoring orders.
  • The ability to save commonly used information, including:
    • Company
    • Ship-To Address
    • FAO
    • Commodity
  • Faster requisition creation by automatically populating frequently used information.
  • Easy access to view, edit, or cancel requisitions.
  • Improved visibility into requisition status, receipts, and invoice activity.
  • These updates are intended to create a more efficient and user-friendly procurement experience, reducing manual entry and providing better insight into the procurement lifecycle.
