Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations
Level 2 ChargePoint stations are available at multiple campus locations, with active charging required and vehicles moved once charging is complete.
EV charging station locations
The University offers several locations with Level 2 ChargePoint charging stations:
- Wilson North Parking Lot:
Located off Wilson Blvd. - Laboratory for Laser Energetics (LLE):
211 Bailey Rd. – 3 stations available - Goergen Athletic Center:
730 Library Rd. - Lot 8-MRB:
415 Elmwood Ave. - Lot 13-Strong Memorial Hospital Garage:
110 Crittenden Blvd. - Lot 15-Helen Wood Hall:
255 Crittenden Blvd, off Castleman Rd. - Bailey Rd:
2 stations available - Saunders Center for Orthopaedics and Physical Performance:
12 stations available
Using charging stations
- Cost: $1 per hour
- Users must have a valid ChargePoint account.
- Most charges average about two hours.
- Vehicles parked in EV-designated spaces must be actively charging.
- When charging is complete, the ChargePoint app will notify you. Please move your vehicle to a regular parking space promptly so others may access the charging station.
