You will be assigned a parking lot based on your job code.
Parking lot rates are based on proximity to the center of campus. View parking rates for the Health Sciences Campus (Med Center), River Campus, and East End Garage.
Yes, temporary workers at Strong Staffing are required to pay for parking. Temporary staff can register for parking by visiting My Parking Online.
Temporary permits are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing a temporary permit for two weeks at a time unless you are certain your assignment will last longer.
Registered permit holders may park in the College Town Garage after 2 p.m.
Employees who have a permit with after-hours access may also park in the Strong Memorial Hospital Garage after 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, on levels 4, 5, or 6 only, until 10 a.m. the next morning, and on weekends and University holidays.
When entering the garage, your license plate will automatically raise the gate arm. There is no need to pull a ticket. If the gate arm does not raise, scan the barcode on your University ID at the entry or exit machine.
Employees without after-hours access must pull a ticket upon entry to the garage and pay for parking.
On weekends, employees with a valid permit may park:
- in the College Town Garage (entrance on East Drive) on any level and in non-gated spaces
- in the Strong Memorial Hospital Garage on levels 4, 5, or 6
If your assigned parking lot is full, please park in another nearby lot and contact the Parking office for guidance.
Yes, you may park in the Strong Memorial Hospital Garage for medical appointments. Please call the Parking office at 585-275-4524 the day before your appointment to notify enforcement and avoid a citation. Employees are required to pay visitor parking rates and must take a ticket upon entry.

Alternate permits are no longer issued. You can associate up to four vehicles with your active parking permit. Log in to My Parking Online to add or update your vehicle information. Only one vehicle may be parked on University property at a time.
If your vehicle breaks down, report it to the Parking office by calling (585) 275-4524.
The vehicle must either be in a regular parking space or towed immediately. If the breakdown occurs after regular business hours, contact Public Safety at (585) 275-3333.. Be sure to leave your name, phone number, car information, and location.
Leaving a note on the vehicle is not sufficient. The inoperable vehicle must be removed from University property within 24 hours.
