Alternate permits are no longer issued. You can associate up to four vehicles with your active parking permit. Log in to My Parking Online to add or update your vehicle information. Only one vehicle may be parked on University property at a time.
Permits can also be purchased in person at the Parking Office. Bring your employee ID and vehicle information. Parking office locations are below:

Daily and Half-Time Remote Permits
Employees who park on the Health Sciences Campus two days or fewer per week in permit-required lots may be eligible for Daily or Half-Time Remote Permits.
Employees who park in permit-required lots three or more days per week are considered full-time parkers and are not eligible for these options.
The Daily Permit is intended for employees who prefer to pay for parking on a day-by-day basis. Payroll deduction is not available for this permit type.
Daily Permit parking locations and rates
Lot 9 – Kendrick South
$4 per day
Lot 3 – Kendrick North
$5 per day
Offsite lots – $6 per day at any of the following locations:
- Bailey Road
- Data Center / Science Parkway
- East River Road Imaging
- Lattimore Medical Center
- Sawgrass
Important:
Daily Permits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Employees currently using payroll deduction for a full-time permit must complete the Payroll Deduction Cancellation form before purchasing a Daily Permit to avoid being double-charged.
- Log in to My Parking Online using your Active Directory username and password.
- Select Get permits, then choose Next.
- Select the Daily Permit and agree to the terms.
- Choose the date you need to park on campus.
- Select the vehicle for the permit.
- Complete the checkout process
Availability note:
Space is limited. If your selected lot is full, return to Get permits and choose another Daily Permit location.
- After purchase:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a Print Permit link that opens a PDF.
- You may print the permit or display it on your phone.
- Place the permit under the scanner when entering the lot. Scanners are clearly marked with signage.
The Half-Time Remote Permit is for full-time employees who need to park on campus two days or fewer per week during times when a parking permit is required.

- Lot 2 – Lattimore
- Lot 9 – Kendrick Road
Permit cost
50% of the regular full-time rate for the assigned lot
Approval process
Supervisor or manager approval is required through an online request form. Departments may designate an administrator to submit requests on behalf of employees.
Current permit holders
- Employees who currently have pemits for Lots 1, 2, 9, 11, or Scottsville Road will remain in their existing lots.
- Approved employees in other lots will be eligible to transfer to Lot 2 or Lot 9, based on availability.
New permit holders
Employees registering for parking for the first time and approved for a Half-Time Remote Permit will be assigned a lot based on eligibility and space availability.
Employees who park three days or more per week in a lot where a permit is required are considered full-time parkers and are not eligible for these permit options.
Employees who park two days or less per week in a lot where a permit is required are not considered full-time parkers and may be eligible for these permit options.
No. When you purchase a Daily Permit, you may either print the PDF or display it on your smartphone and scan it when entering the lot.
Tip: The larger and brighter the Daily Permit appears on your phone screen, the easier it will scan.
Parking uses waitlists to determine which employees are eligible to move to closer-in lots.
Waitlist requests are submitted through My Parking Online and are processed on a first-requested, first-transferred basis as space becomes available. Waitlists are reviewed regularly.
No, the occasional parking permit has been replaced by the Daily Permit.
