Available services
If you’re on a University campus and experiencing vehicle trouble, Transportation and Logistics is ready to help with the following services:
- battery starts
- tire inflation
- lost vehicle location
Services are available to students, employees, and visitors 24/7, except between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
We're here to help
Call for vehicle assistance
Call 585-275-4524, and we’ll come to you. When calling for service, please provide:
- the make, model, and color of your vehicle
- license plate
- location of vehicle
Please stay with your car in a safe location.
Please note that we do not provide towing services or aid vehicles parked in off-campus locations. Service is not available for motorcycles or scooters.
