The Auto Shop is staffed by four qualified mechanics who perform most vehicle repairs in-house for the University community. Services range from rust-proofing new vehicles to evaluating older vehicles for auction or repurposing.

The Auto Shop uses Fleetio to manage University-owned vehicles. For help setting up a Fleetio account, contact Fleet Services.
Preventive maintenance (PM) is important for all University vehicles, as it allows vehicles to be inspected regularly and helps catch problems before they occur. There are three PM levels that can be set up for a vehicle based on its usage. PMs can be scheduled at recurring intervals, such as monthly or quarterly. Once established, an automated email is sent each month when a PM is due.
Any University department that has acquired a vehicle through Fleet Services will use the Auto Shop for its department’s vehicles. Sorry, personal vehicles cannot be serviced.
