Hospital Garage parking guidelines for employees
Employees may park in College Town Garage during designated times. During regular business hours, employees parking for work should use their assigned University parking location.

Employees with a valid University parking permit may park in the employee parking area of College Town Garage during the following times:
- Monday through Friday, from 2 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following day
- Saturdays and Sundays
- University holidays
During regular business hours, employees without a College Town Garage permit should park in their assigned University parking lot. The retail side is not intended for work-related parking during business hours.
Parking in the Hospital Garage after 6 p.m.
Employees with a valid University parking permit may park in the Strong Memorial Hospital Garage during the following times:
When parking is allowed
- Monday through Friday: 6 p.m. to 10 a.m. (overnight parking)
- Saturday and Sunday
- University holidays
Where to park
- Levels 4, 5, and 6 only
How garage access works
- Your license plate serves as your parking permit
- The gate arm will automatically raise when you enter and exit
- There is no need to pull a ticket
- If the gate arm does not raise, scan the barcode on your University ID at the entry or exit machine.
