The University Facilities and Services trades employee portal for requesting time off, recording additional time, time clock exceptions, missed meal periods, and other absences, along with a current absence list, and PAS time entry.

Request routine (NOT EMERGENCY) facilities services online, check work request status, or get associated costs. An Active Directory login is required.

Request service for non-emergency building and system issues such as painting, plumbing, hvac, electric, locksmith, signage or elevator problems. Our Customer Service Center will open a work order with the appropriate office.
